Request to Renew Lease (online form)
If you know advance that you wish to renew/extend your current Lease, submit a request here.
Please be aware that submitting a request does not provide automatic approval of the renewal as all requests are subject to Landlord approval.
VACATING TENANT INFORMATION
IN ADDITION TO A FORM 13, please also complete and submit a Break Lease Form to your Property Manager if you intend to vacate your rental premises before your lease expires.

There are rules and time frames that must be followed when ending a tenancy. A tenant, property manager or property owner can all issue a notice ending a tenancy.
To notify your agent that you intend to vacate the premises at the expiry of your lease, or during a periodic tenancy, this form must be completed and submitted. Print this form and submit it to your Property Manager.
